SPECIALTY COURSES

What kind of diving are you interested in? Maybe you'd like to know more about how to dive a shipwreck safely? Or you are keen to dive deeper than 30 metres. And how about using Nitrox to be able to stay longer at your chosen depth.

At Adventure Divers Bali we offer a wide range of specialty courses, allowing you to find out more about the kind of diving you are interested in.

Depending on your chosen specialty, courses can be taught from the beach or the traditional Jukung boats, and we can even teach a number of specialties on our trips to see Manta rays and Mola-Molas.
The choice is yours - options include: Deep diving, Night & Low Visibility diving, Drift diving, Wreck diving and many more. Specialty courses include between two and four dives. Get in touch for more information and prices.

Deep & Wreck specialities

The Wreck Specialty involves 2 dives and can be completed in just one day. The cost of the course is 140 USD. The course introduces you to diving on wrecks including awareness of possible hazards and reducing water disturbance when fining though the primary focus is on controlling your buoyancy in confined spaces.

The Deep Specialty involves 4 dives and takes 2 days. This would qualify you to dive to depths up to 40m and gives you the opportunity to practice emergency decompression procedures, the cost of the course is 245 USD.

If we combine the 2 courses over 2 days and complete 2 of your 4 deep dives on the wreck then you can achieve both qualifications for 315 USD including all required materials, equipment, certification, refreshments, lunch, local transport and taxes, there are no additional costs.

Enriched air / nitrox

Enriched air / Nitrox allows you to spend more time underwater, especially between 20 and 30 metres.

It also keeps you safer as your body will not absorb as much nitrogen on your dive.

We complete the Nitrox specialty course as a 'dry' course in our classroom. You learn more about when and how to use it, its benefits and what you need to be aware of. You will also practice analysing a scuba cylinder for its contents.

Deep + Wreck + Nitrox combo

We could also combine the 3 courses over 2 days with 4 dives and an afternoon dry session for Nitrox. The total cost  would be 395 USD per person.
